Unpredictable Revenue. Good months feel random. Bad months feel personal. You can't see what's coming.
Constant Firefighting. Your team needs direction on everything. You're the bottleneck for most decisions.
Money Left on the Table. You know you're losing margin somewhere, you just can't see where.

35 Questions. Instant Results. Your weakest system revealed.
No email required to see your results. Optional detailed report available.

Deep dive into System 6 Priorities: Bookkeeping Accuracy, Cash Flow Forecasting, A/R Management, Expense Analysis, Margin Optimization, and Financial Controls.
Deep dive into System 5 Priorities: Job Performance Analysis, Quality Control, Workflow Efficiency, Team Productivity, Process Documentation, and Bottleneck Elimination.
Deep dive into System 4 Priorities: Pipeline review, Lead Source Performance, Conversion Analysis, Estimate Tracking, Sales Team Accountability, and Marketing ROI.
Each meeting is 60 minutes. Same structure. Same accountability. Just focused on the area that needs the most attention.
"At the end of the day, we all have benchmarks, we all have goals that we're looking to achieve, but without the data, without the metrics, without seeing a clear picture of what we are actually doing rather than what we feel we're doing, it helps me."

Revenue targets are set based on historic Quarterly Distribution, how your business actually performs throughout the year, not arbitrary annual goals divided by 52.
"This is the third week this issue has come up. Let's address it."
"Three weeks ago you committed to resolving this. What happened?"
We're not trying to preserve the relationship. We drive results.
Emotional decisions have no place in business leadership. The WAR Board removes the emotion.
"What your system and what we've done and what we've built together in tracking that really brings the stats back — and so we're making decisions logically 99.9% of the time."
~ Chris, APG
"It gives me parameters or guard rails to truly make decisions based on what's best, not only for my Clients and Team but also for the business. That way we're not only here today, tomorrow, or a year from now, and we're growing the business the way it should."
~ Chris, APG
You're generating $500K - $5M in Revenue but feel like you're working harder than the results justify
You have a team (5 - 25 employees) but you're still the bottleneck for most decisions
You know you should be tracking more data but you don't have time to build the systems yourself
You're tired of making decisions based on gut feel and finding out at month-end that you were wrong
You want to build a business that runs without you, not a job that requires you to be the hero every day

60 minutes. Same time, same day, every week. We protect the time and stay disciplined on the clock because you have a business to run.
Either in person or via video call (Zoom). Zoom enables screen sharing so we can review your WAR Board together in real-time.
Life happens. We reschedule when possible, but the rhythm matters more than any single meeting. Chronic cancellations are a symptom we'll address, which usually means something in the business is consuming time that shouldn't be.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it when relevant. Some clients bring their Operations Manager, Spouse, or Sales Lead depending on the agenda. The accountability works better when the right people are in the room.
We review your WAR Board metrics first. Then we work through the agenda: what got done, what didn't, what's blocking progress, what needs to happen this week. Every system gets visibility, but we focus energy where the data says it's needed.
Your weekly performance dashboard. It tracks Revenue (Collected and Generated), EBITDA, COGS, overhead, sales KPIs, A/R, job metrics, and prior period comparisons. Updated before every meeting so we're working from current data, not last month's numbers.
Your WAR Board needs to be updated, which is non-negotiable. If you have bookkeeping services with us, we handle most of that. If not, we'll build a system so your data is ready each week. Beyond that, just show up ready to be honest about what happened and what didn't.
That's where most clients start. The first few weeks focus on building the tracking systems, getting the WAR Board dialed in, identifying what metrics matter for your business, and creating the habits that feed accurate data. You don't need perfect numbers on day one.
The WAR Board touches all seven, but we don't go deep on everything every time. We focus where the data points us. If Sales is lagging, we dig into System 4. If you're drowning in Operations, we focus on System 5. The systems framework ensures nothing gets ignored for long.
The WAM is the comprehensive weekly meeting covering all seven systems. FAM (Financial), SAM (Sales), and OAM (Operations) are focused meetings that go deeper on one area. You only add them when one system consistently dominates your WAM or if members of your Management Team require dedicated development. This usually occurs when more than 50% of the WAM is spent on the same area of the business (Sales, Operations, or Financial Accounting) week after week.
We'll tell you. If we keep running out of time because financial issues are consuming the meeting, we'll recommend adding a FAM. Same for sales or operations. Most clients start with just the WAM and add focused meetings as the business grows or specific challenges emerge.
Bull's EYE Consulting's Bookkeeping philosophy and commitment were founded on a simple premise: Your Bookkeeping should help You lead, not just keep You compliant.
We specialize in real-time financial intelligence for trades and service businesses across Colorado Springs. Our clients are Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, Property Managers, and Service Company Owners who got tired of flying blind and decided to do something about it.
Our approach is different:
→ Weekly categorization and reconciliation (Not month-end catch-up)
→ The TBC Report: When we're unclear on a transaction, we ask instead of guess
→ Financial Reporting designed for decisions, not just tax filing
→ Optional CFO-Level Strategic Analysis through the WAR Report
We don't believe in "set it and forget it" Bookkeeping. We believe in weekly visibility that puts you in command of your business instead of chasing it.

Standard accounting firms and bookkeepers generally manage transaction categorizations on a monthly basis, a key distinction from Bull's EYE Consulting's commitment to timely and accurate reporting. We believe that data is only as valuable as how and when it's used, which is often times at the root of missed opportunities in business relating to intentional and engineered revenue, cost of goods sold, and overhead expense performance. A profit and loss statement analyzed at the end of any given month reduces the overall analytical effectiveness of targeting root-cause problems, since the analysis can be far removed from the actions that produced any identified financial variances.
